Casamar is a project to be developed in 77 hectares of land with 1.2km of beachfront in Riomar. The land has a stepped topography that will guarantee the ocean view from all the units.
The preparations for foundations have begun in January 2011 and in its first phase two complexes will be developed: Marinazul and Altamar. The delivery of this phase is scheduled for March 2012.
