Hacienda Los Molinos is a quiet private residential community development with breathtaking views, different from other residential areas in Boquete, in the province of Chiriquí, by the west side of Panama, in the border with Costa Rica and in all the rest of the country. Hacienda Los Molinos is located in the heart of what for many years was a family-own cattle-raising hacienda known as El Zoco, in the district of Boquete, Province of Chiriqui. This land is blessed by a natural environment which, thanks to the diversity of its flora and fauna, is part of a unique ecosystem in Panama.

It has been developed over an area of 82 hectares (202 acres) a privileged and UNIQUE PLACE IN THE WORLD with endless views of the Volcan Baru. It has access to large green areas of private nature preserve forests, rivers, waterfalls, trails, and a lot more of a fascinating natural environment.

The length of the property runs along the Canyon, with an elevation of approximately 110 mts (360 feet). When you hike on our ecological trails, you will enjoy the beautiful setting and marvel at the natural beauties that it offers.

The deepest part, where the river waters run, which looks from above like a small gently-flowing canal, is home to varied wildlife and provides the entire area with abundant water.
Its elevation provides a spectacular view of the imposing Baru Volcano and the majestic Pacific Ocean; and the Canyon of the lovely Cochea river, at the foot of the project, gives the project a magical touch, especially since the club house is located over viewing the canyon.

In these first and second phases of the project there are up to 173 individual lots with a size of approximately 1,500 square meters (16,125 square feet) each, surrounded by lakes, ecological trails, beautiful panoramic views, parks, green areas and much more.
